Cascada Press Release

Cascada at Canyon Lake

Memorial Day BLOWOUT SALE!

Cascada at Canyon Lake has just completed the construction of our beautiful guard gated entrance, and we will soon break ground on our first custom home to be built by one of Texas’ most respected builders – Stadler Custom Homes.

Now that Cascada is ready for homes, we are having our first limited release of custom homesites. Each site has been meticulously planned to ensure your dream home will naturally fit within this unique location in the Texas Hill Country.

In response to the overall slowdown in the economy, we are offering a tremendous savings and value to those who are seriously looking to take advantage of this historic buyer’s market. This Memorial Day weekend we are giving a select group of buyers the opportunity to purchase an acreage homesite for as little as $35,900 – that’s a savings of up to 30%.

Additionally, any land owner at Cascada who contracts to build a home with our preferred builder within 90 days of their lot purchase, will be eligible for a 50% rebate on the cost of their homesite. That’s right – we’ll give you back 50% of the cost of the homesite, if you build with our preferred builder within 90 days!

If you have been to the Texas Hill Country, but you haven’t visited Cascada at Canyon Lake, then you haven’t seen the best the Hill Country has to offer.

Call us today at (830)885-6559 to reserve your special viewing.

Construction Progress on Entrance

Guardhouse Tower - Stone work. The stone being used at the entrance of Cascada is hand picked pure cave stone quarried locally here in Texas. Our stone mason is Juan Castillo based in San Antonio.

Entrance Wall and Decorative Iron Fencing. This work is being done by Robert Sisco Construction based in New Braunfels. The unique separated panels give a simple, but unique feel to the entrance. The panels will be finished and sealed in a natural rust finish.

Monument Walls and Towers

Monument Logo - The rusted finish monument lettering was done by Executive Signs of San Antonio.

Construction UPDATE

As we are nearing completion of our first phase of lots, things are coming along very nicely. The curb and gutter will be poured for the 2 miles of roads in Unit 1 starting next week. Shortly thereafter, the streets will be paved and the entrance will be completed. The guardhouse is well under construction along with the monument walls, fencing and now the waterfalls.

The new year and the development progress has brought alot more visitors who have been watching the process for the past several months. We're excited to finally have finished streets to make it easier for visitors to experience the tremendous value that will be afforded to our residents at Cascada. Every time we tour the property with someone new, they fall in love with the natural beauty of the property and how seamlessly the the amenities naturally fit into this unique landscape.

We're so confident we have what people want in the Texas Hill Country that we're offering a complimentary all-inclusive vacation to Mexico. The package covers, airfare, food and lodging for 3 days and 2 nights to one of several destination resorts in Mexico. All you have to do is come visit us here at Cascada to receive your free travel voucher.

We can't wait to see you. Please call in advance so we can ensure we'll have a representative available to personally show you the property. (830)885-6559.

Cheers,

Bron

ENTRANCE UPDATE on CASCADA

Everything is moving along as we have hoped for the development of Unit 1 and the construction of the main entrance to Cascada. The two 70’ curved monument walls are built and currently being faced with the unique cave stone mix that we secured from a local quarry. The masons are now starting on the courtyard walls that will surround the guardhouse. They will start construction on the two 18’ towers shortly as well. The road contractor is also expediting the installation of the curbs and gutters at the entrance to enable us to commence construction on the 26’ tall guardhouse and entrance gates.”

Our road widening project on FM 306 is paved and will be striped for the new lanes within a couple of weeks. All that is left is pouring the concrete drainage channels on either side of FM 306 and then these new lanes will be open to the public entering or leaving Cascada – this provides for a safe and efficient traffic flow even before we have our internal streets paved.

Speaking of internal streets, most of the road base will be at finish grade in about two weeks. We expect to pave the streets in early December or early January depending on weather.
