Cascada 2010

Cascada at Canyon Lake is in the process of building a new Model Home built by Stadler Custom Homes. This luxurious 3200 sq ft home will be the first of its kind in the Stadlers new "Living Series Homes" that will be built in Cascada. Look for it on the Multiple Listing Service along with multiple other Internet listing sites. Cascada is currently running on a full page cover ad with Blue Sky Publications in their New Braunfels, Canyon Lake area magazine in which we are offering a land/home package as well. We will soon be sending out fliers to all local Realtors along with placement of a flier on Ibuilder.com, which is sent out to all the members of the Greater San Antonio Builders Association.
Cascada also has plans for a Grand Opening/Open House on Memorial Day weekend, in which we will advertise in print, radio and online. We will be having Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies by both Canyon Lake and Spring Branch Chamber of Commerces. It will include a Bar-B-Que among many other Memorial Day festivities that will be open to the public.
Cascada is now working with Jimmy Jacobs Homes as well, and welcomes them to the development. Our first project together will be April 10th, in which we are working on putting together some incredible land/home packages. Jimmy Jacobs Custom Homes are an upscale production home builder. They have been very successful in building homes in developments such as Cascada. JJ Homes will be a preferred builder in Cascada, whom we will be working closely with to build and sell homes in the $200K to $500K price range. These type of homes have become more desirable with the economic circumstances of today. These homes are also a great fit for that person looking to retire in the Texas hill country.
The response so far this year has surpassed our expectations. With each week of better weather the number of inquires has increased. With the hopeful up swing in the economy and the addition of Stadler and Jimmy Jacobs homes our expectations for this year has greatly increased.
